- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The Free plan doesn't ask for one. You add a card only if you move to Pro.
- What does the 14-day trial include?
- Pro features on your first restaurant for 14 days. If you don't subscribe, the restaurant goes back to the Free plan.
- What happens to my menu if I stop paying?
- The menu stays online. Limits only stop you from adding more, and a premium template falls back to a free one. An additional restaurant is the exception: it stays published only while its $5 fee is paid.
- Does my QR code change if I switch plans?
- No. The printed code keeps working when you edit the menu or change plans.
- Is there a fee per order or per scan?
- No. Pankarta doesn't take orders, and the plans aren't priced by scans.
- Can I take orders and payments through Pankarta?
- Not today. Pankarta is a menu, and your restaurant page can link to the delivery apps you already use. If you need ordering from the table, read our comparison with MenuTiger.
